Hughes Counseling Services, P.A. continues to provide private counseling services to Central Florida family members and close friends of homicide victims. We have been honored to serve this special group of people since 1996. The cost of their counseling is completely covered by a Victim of Crime Act (VOCA) grant from the Office of the Florida Attorney General, which is administered by the Orange County Sheriff's Office, Victim Advocate Section. In addition, other crime victims not served by other public or private agencies may be eligible for up to 3 counseling sessions covered under the grant. these services are offered at our office on Rouse Rd.
