Welcome to our home page. We, Anne and Herschel Hughes, are a husband and wife team who have been in private practice in Orlando since 1987. We have raised a blended family of five teenagers who are now in their late 30's, and we have five grandchildren. Between the two of us, we offer services to adult individuals and couples dealing with a wide range of emotional issues and challenges. Although our personal orientation is Christian, we work with and support individuals from a variety of backgrounds and beliefs. Our Goals -- to provide competent, knowledgeable therapeutic services in a relaxed, supportive and safe environment -- to empower individuals and help them to achieve greater happiness in their lives -- to help families strengthen relationships and achieve optimal interactions. Special Announcement
	We will be retiring September 30, 2009. Our plan for our current patients is to either (1) complete therapy or (2) achieve specific therapeutic goals and, then, assist with an appropriate transfer to another provider upon our retirement. Our plan for any new patients is to address only issues that can be reasonably delt with in the timeframe from intake to September 30, 2009.
